You'll start with our "New Client Service" in order to rehab your curls and kick start
your path to healthy, happy, simple haircare
Your hair will enjoy a curl reviving detox, deep moisture treatment bespoke cut and
curly finish or a simple & elegant style of your choice from our Curl Club Gallery
We will note which products best suit your hair & allow the requisite amount of time
needed for our stylists to properly care for your tresses
Your "Curl Needs" are then logged in our system for future reference
We assess your hair during each visit, recording its condition, length, and services undertaken so we can chart your hair journey, check against your goals to make sure we're on the right path.

HOW IT WORKS
BILLING
We automatically bill your card each month recurring on the day of your signup
Minimum Commitment
Membership begins with a 6-month commitment to experience the benefits of regular Haircare Services.
After that, membership commitment switches to a 2-monthly rotation and can be ended at the (2-month) mark without penalty or further charge.
Credit Rollover
Curl Care Club credits roll over for 4 months and expire thereafter.

Freezing
We know life in the fast lane can take you many places, and with that in mind you may freeze your account for up to 2 months, *once a year

There isn’t a “one size fits all” routine for anything in life... This is even more so when caring for naturally curly hair.
However, the great news is... we can offer you a confirmed price per appointment for your commitment

We don't see natural hair as a mystery. By following our haircare guidelines we can confidently determine how much your monthly membership will cost, which products best suit your hair & allow for the requisite amount of time needed for our stylists to properly care for your tresses.
Drying time aside ... especially if you're on a mission to grow your curls, we will get to know you and your curls and pretty much confirm how long your salon visit will be...
