For many people, a Salon Appointment or The Shift will provide everything they need to begin understanding their hair.
The Partnership exists for those who want something more personal.
It is an opportunity to work together over time, developing the understanding and confidence to make informed decisions about your hair, not simply follow instructions.
It's about developing the understanding to make confident, informed decisions about your hair long after our work together has ended.

Understanding doesn't happen in a single appointment…. It develops through experience.
You learn something, apply it at home, observe the outcome, ask questions, make adjustments and gradually build confidence in your own judgement.
That process takes time… The Partnership exists to guide you through it.
Rather than leaving with information and hoping you've interpreted it correctly, we continue working together as your understanding develops, refining your approach as your hair changes and new questions arise.

Each stage builds on the previous one, giving you time to practise what you've learned, observe your own hair, ask questions and refine your understanding before moving forward.

This isn't simply a series of appointments.
It's a structured learning experience for Textured and Curly Hair—coaching designed around how understanding develops over time.

WHAT YOUR PARTNERSHIP INCLUDES
Over the course of six months, we'll work together through a combination of practical salon appointments, personalised digital coaching and ongoing support.
Each element has a specific purpose, creating the time and space to learn, apply, observe, question and refine your understanding as your confidence grows.
THREE PERSONALISED SALON APPOINTMENTS
Held every other month, these in-person appointments combine practical education with your salon service.
Together, we'll improve the health of your hair while developing your understanding through guided, hands-on learning. You'll leave each appointment knowing not only what we did, but why we did it.
THREE 90-MINUTE DIGITAL COACHING SESSIONS
Delivered via Zoom between your salon appointments, these one-to-one sessions are an opportunity to review your progress, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges and refine your approach as you continue applying what you've learned at home.
Each session is recorded, allowing you to revisit our conversations whenever you need to reinforce your understanding or revisit a technique.
WHATSAPP SUPPORT BETWEEN SCHEDULED SESSIONS
Questions don't always arise during appointments.
Between our scheduled sessions, you'll have access to me via WhatsApp for brief questions and guidance. Whether you need reassurance, clarification or help making an informed decision, you'll never be left trying to figure everything out on your own.
To ensure everyone receives the same level of support, WhatsApp is intended for brief questions rather than ongoing coaching. More in-depth discussions are reserved for your scheduled coaching sessions.
PERSONALISED PRODUCT AND STYLING RECOMMENDATIONS
Every recommendation is tailored to your individual hair, lifestyle and goals.
Rather than following a generic routine, you'll develop an approach based on what your hair needs, why it needs it, and how those needs may change over time.
DOCUMENTING YOUR PROGRESS
Throughout the partnership, we'll document your progress through photographs, observations and reflection.
Looking back allows us to recognise improvements that are often difficult to notice day to day, while helping us make informed decisions about the next stage of your learning.
