Every enquiry is managed personally through the contact form, allowing me to give each conversation the time and attention it deserves while keeping my focus on the clients and professionals I work with.

WHY NO PHONE NUMBER?
As a boutique business, I personally manage every enquiry.
When I'm in the salon, I work on a one-to-one basis, which means my focus is entirely on the client in front of me.
Rather than interrupting appointments or education sessions to answer calls, I prefer to communicate by email.
Filling in the contact form allows me to respond thoughtfully via email, keep a clear record of our conversation and provide you with the information you need.
I aim to reply within 3–5 working days.

LONDON-BASED, WITH A FLEXIBLE WAY OF WORKING.
I work primarily from boutique salon spaces in London while also delivering education, training and consultancy across the UK and internationally.
Wherever you're based, I'd be happy to explore how we might work together.
If you're booking a salon appointment, you'll be able to choose your preferred London location during the booking process. Your appointment details will then be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
